My name is Laura Capriles. I am a Bolivian multidisciplinary artist and MFA student at Yale University. My work blends graphic design, textiles, and hand processes. I love to explore color, line, pattern, and texture through both digital and material experimentation, drawing inspiration from embroidery, architecture, fashion, and everyday objects. Alongside my studio practice, I work at the Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library, where my interest in archives, preservation, and cultural memory continues to shape how I think about making and sharing art.
